Travel Cards and Refunds
There are no refunds on Travel Cards when journeys are cancelled.
There are no refunds on Travel Cards if the passengers arrive too late for their bus/ferry.
There are no refunds on Travel Cards if the passengers are not stood at the correct bus stop and the bus does not stop.
There are no refunds on Travel Cards if the bus/ferry is delayed.
There are no refunds on Travel Cards if there is no capacity left on the bus/ferry.
Travel Cards are only valid for passengers 4/7 consecutive days after the passenger has started using the card.
